Qu\u00e9 lejos est\u00e1n de los agentes inmobiliarios estadounidenses, que realmente tienen incorporada la cultura de seguir al potencial cliente (les recomiendo ver el programa <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt1666679\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u201cSelling New York\u201d<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Pasando al mundo B2B, me contact\u00e9 con dos empresas por asuntos de marketing y publicidad e, incre\u00edblemente, en ambos casos los vendedores me dijeron: \u201cenviame un correo con lo que necesit\u00e1s as\u00ed te preparo la propuesta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me sorprendi\u00f3 que en ninguno de los dos casos me pidieron datos personales, ni tampoco, como habr\u00e1n notado, se tomaron la molestia de registrar mi necesidad inicial, ya que me solicitaron que les enviara nuevamente lo que yo necesitaba por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado fue que no les envi\u00e9 nada, y estas empresas perdieron un potencial cliente, que estaba interesado y con presupuesto para lo que solicitaba.<\/p>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/C5612AQGDqTG-6MiyVQ\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/0\/1520242191431?e=1741824000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=pPZU_XLkng8QS1FGE4ys_4eqhS7U9Yj9s3RniNRmJCk\" alt=\"No alt text provided for this image\" data-media-urn=\"\" data-li-src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/C5612AQGDqTG-6MiyVQ\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/0\/1520242191431?e=1741824000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=pPZU_XLkng8QS1FGE4ys_4eqhS7U9Yj9s3RniNRmJCk\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Por el contrario, hace unas semanas contact\u00e9 a un proveedor estadounidense para tener una alternativa de un servicio, el vendedor me hizo un seguimiento constante por correo electr\u00f3nico y con llamados, y finalmente obtuvo la venta.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al B2C, y marcando la diferencia de las iniciativas, fui a comprar un par de zapatos, me atendieron muy bien, y al concluir la compra vendedor me pidi\u00f3 mis datos para registrar mi n\u00famero de horma, por si en alg\u00fan momento no puedo ir a comprar zapatos y quiero enviar a mi esposa a compr\u00e1rmelos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta, efectivamente, es una buena iniciativa de<strong> CRM<\/strong> para vender, solo le falt\u00f3 solicitar datos como el correo o el tel\u00e9fono, para contactarme peri\u00f3dicamente y ver c\u00f3mo van mis necesidades en cuanto a zapatos.<\/p>\n<p>Al final del viaje, es cuando uno se queda pensando en cu\u00e1ntos negocios se pierden por falta de seguimiento, donde incluso hay casos en que la fuerza comercial ni siquiera se preocupa de los interesados entrantes.<\/p>\n<p>Luego escucho muchas quejas de las gerencias de las empresas, diciendo: \u201cLa culpa es de la crisis\u201d, \u201ces que el gobierno\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/C5612AQFVFD6PSBvcSw\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/0\/1520040683421?e=1741824000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=1m0Dh2RRttJP_dank6jIb4nPeMtlZr75w-i9dLWuP9w\" alt=\"No alt text provided for this image\" data-media-urn=\"\" data-li-src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/C5612AQFVFD6PSBvcSw\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/0\/1520040683421?e=1741824000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=1m0Dh2RRttJP_dank6jIb4nPeMtlZr75w-i9dLWuP9w\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>Pero la respuesta la tiene Shakespeare: \u201cLa culpa, querido Brutus, no est\u00e1 en nuestras estrellas, sino en nosotros mismos\u201d.<\/h3>\n<p>Me tienta la idea de que los titulares o gerentes comerciales env\u00eden a diferentes personas a hacerse pasar por potenciales clientes de sus empresas (Mistery Shopping) y analicen, finalmente, cu\u00e1ntos negocios y dinero pierden por la falta de seguimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Y usted, en su empresa, \u00bfcu\u00e1nto pierde por no dar seguimiento a las ventas?<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esto me ha pasado en diferentes rubros, en las \u00faltimas semanas he sido potencial comprador y en ning\u00fan caso me han dado seguimiento.
