En una de las escenas, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/character\/ch0012007\/?ref_=tt_cl_t2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Levene<\/a> (Jack Lemmon) le dice a Blake (Alec Baldwin) que las \u201cleads son d\u00e9biles\u201d o, en otras palabras, que los negocios que le est\u00e1n pasando no tienen potencial de venta. Por esto, Blake le responde que \u00e9l est\u00e1 hace 15 a\u00f1os en el negocio y desv\u00eda el cuestionamiento del vendedor por no tener un CRM.<\/p>\n<p>Si Blake hubiese contado con un software <strong>CRM<\/strong>, podr\u00eda haber accedido a informaci\u00f3n importante para saber cu\u00e1ntos negocios se hab\u00edan generado y cerrado a trav\u00e9s de las leads, y de esa forma poder refutar de una mejor manera la queja de Levene.<\/p>\n<div class=\"slate-resizable-image-embed slate-image-embed__resize-left\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/C5612AQEQAl2XWvqZBg\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/0\/1520221477078?e=1742428800&amp;v=beta&amp;t=kpoSenJFZ-7PElzBd6IHss127lb_4WMEo9gBELkQIs8\" alt=\"No alt text provided for this image\" data-media-urn=\"\" data-li-src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/v2\/C5612AQEQAl2XWvqZBg\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/0\/1520221477078?e=1742428800&amp;v=beta&amp;t=kpoSenJFZ-7PElzBd6IHss127lb_4WMEo9gBELkQIs8\" \/><\/div>\n<p>En la pel\u00edcula \u201cLa familia Jones\u201d (The Joneses), KC (Lauren Hutton, la jefa) en la revisi\u00f3n mensual de ventas, muestra en pantalla el crecimiento de ventas de cada uno de los miembros de la familia, tanto en forma global como por producto.<\/p>\n<p>Luego KC, bas\u00e1ndose en estos n\u00fameros, tiene una charla con Steve Jones (David Duchovny) sobre qu\u00e9 tiene que hacer para vender y aplica una impactante frase: \u201clo que importa son los resultados, no importa el c\u00f3mo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto Blake como KC ten\u00edan vendedores con pobres resultados. La diferencia radic\u00f3 en que KC bas\u00f3 sus afirmaciones en la utilizaci\u00f3n de un <strong>CRM<\/strong> que le permiti\u00f3 comparar los resultados de Steve con los de los otros vendedores de la familia. Le pide la agenda a su secretaria, pero no tiene un sistema de CRM que le indique los contactos que ha tenido con sus representados, ni tampoco informaci\u00f3n de preferencias y gustos de ellos. Jerry pierde por mucho contra Bob Sugar, que aunque tampoco est\u00e1 utilizando un sistema, recuerda detalles que hacen la diferencia. Seth le recuerda a Harry que hace un mes lo hab\u00eda llamado un compa\u00f1ero, le pregunta si le hab\u00eda gustado la informaci\u00f3n que le hab\u00eda enviado anteriormente, y que lo est\u00e1 llamando ya que se hab\u00edan comprometido. En este caso, el uso de informaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica del relacionamiento con el prospecto le permite a Seth ir teniendo una mejor entrada de ventas.
